What is a target?
A target is a daily goal you set for yourself (for example: Steps, Reading, or Meditation). You can increment progress until you reach your target number.
How does the AI “push” work?
Motivy uses your logged activity patterns to tailor encouragement and suggestions. The goal is to keep you consistent, not overwhelm you.
Can I add custom activities?
Yes. Choose “Other…” when creating a target and type your own activity name.
